In the Twin Tiers/Southern Finger Lakes region we can sometimes respond for on-site help, or provide in-person training, without charge. We do not magically fix a cat problem. The landowner is expected to participate, and our options are limited by local resources and state and local laws, as well as our personal resources. All local help we provide is paid for by ourselves personally, with occasional gifts from like-minded citizens who wish to help their neighbors and feral cats. We take advantage of the spay/neuter resources of local programs and shelters, which vary from county to county. Therefore, our financial resources are limited and our help varies depending on where you live. We are "neighbors helping neighbors" and are not a municipal or member-funded animal shelter or rescue.
We do not post directions to our facility due to past injury to cats that have been abandoned on our road, but we would love to have you visit! Email us and we will send directions if you would like to visit. We are located about 25 minutes south of Ithaca, New York.
An emergency phone number is made available to anyone who for whom we are currently offering support. However, due to business and family commitments, we do not provide a phone number for initial general inquiries. Please email us. If your friend has a problem and does not have access to email, please generously act as a go-between for them.
